Press conference
I thought the press conference went really well. Kiffin sounds just about like Saban when he talks as far as his mannerisms. You can tell the guy is tired and been through a whirlwind this past week.
Said everything he should have said. We're getting alot of positive national coverage on the hire. Outstanding job by Keith on making this hire.
He did mention Grant Tisdale (not by name) saying that he wanted to stay on the team, and that he only wanted to transfer because the past offense didn't fit him, but he wanted to stay if Kiffin would allow it.

Kiffin is about as good a hire as I think could have been made. With the right leaders in place this time last year, I think we could have probably made this very same hire one year earlier.

Agreed. Vjork screwed us with Luke but I'm very happy where we are as a program right now. We lost more years on Luke than I hoped but the team isn't bad talent wise so now we have a coach to bring them together and make them better.
