Well...I've said it before and it bears repeating..... It all starts at the top.  When you have weak leaders at the top don't expect much to change to the better.....EVER.  That is why we have to clean house if we want to win championships because the current 'swamp creatures' have zero interest in championships and even if they did, based on their ineptness, they wouldn't know where to start to make that goal remotely possible.

The alumni need to decide if we want to be one of the elites or be content to just hang in the grove and look down our noses at Starkville.....  

Of course the 'top' starts in the Lyceum..... Once you get the right leader there then go after an assistant AD at one of the elite schools....where they EXPECT to win championships....yes, even one from Alabama as they obviously have this all figured out and we could learn how to go from amateurs to pros in running an athletic department in pretty quick order.  Copy and replicate the model as closely as possible (given we don't have the same checkbook but we could at least learn and allocate limited resources for best results.)
