I think the exception is Carter. I honestly got to where I preferred him to be selected so that we could move faster on making some needed changes. That being said, the Luke and Boyce hires have tarnished his hire.

The Administration is so close minded at Ole Miss and their definition of National Search is the State of Mississippi. They feel once they get outside of Oxford and Lafayette County, the search is considered National. There is no doubt that the National Searches and Search Committees are a waste of money, except for Boyce who benefited by pocketing $87,000 for hiring himself. The $87k should count against his salary for the first year. His actions were dishonest and deceitful. After he made such a fraudulent move, how can anyone trust him?
