Empty the backfield, like we are doing, they know you are passing, they being extra rushers to the line, we can't pick them up and they pick Shea off like a boll of cotton. Oh, I'm sorry I mentioned cotton, that will probably offend someone.

Yeah.....and Sandlot Longo hasn't figured that out yet..... He needs to go back where ever he came from because he is completely out of his league....

According to many SEC defensive coaches, they really like Lingo's offense. Since there are less than 30 plays, it is easy to scheme against. As you can see, Alabama has the Lingo offense shutdown. Once again, we can thank Sleaze for this fiasco, since he was so adamant about hiring Lingo. Bjork opened the check book and Sleaze hired someone from a lower college division who cannot compete with the SEC defenses.

Longo fits in with all the Olé Miss coaches, he looks like he is lost and confused, also.

I think that's the real difference between a Saban and everyone else. Saban knows he is great and wants great people around him and will challenge them, forcing them to become even better. People like Freeze and Nutt are scared of someone else showing them up and want to keep the limelight for themselves. I guess you would call it insecure, maybe narcissistic.

This was very true about both coaches. Freeze had opportunities to hire some good coaches, but he definitely did not want to be overshadowed by them. He also did not want them to be considered for his job. His ego got so big after he was successful that he had trouble finding hats to wear! He did not understand the concept of surrounding himself with good people. Instead he surrounded himself with "yes" people.
