That signature win against Arkansas looks real nice. Arkansas trails Western Kentucky 35-7 at the half. Morris won't last because they expect to win at Arkansas. Meanwhile in Oxford...

If they do keep Morris then I think it’ll be obvious it’s strictly a financial decision - if i understand correctly the buyout for Morris alone would be over $12mm - then the rest of the staff would have to be bought out on top of that. Then whoever they hire, they’ll have to buy that contract out.
Not saying they can’t get the money — they have folks with deep pockets. But if I’m one of those guys, my question would be “why should I have to pay for this?”

Morris is going to be fired after this game. It's exactly what Arkansas fans needed... a loss to a lower opponent. We need to lose today. I hate saying that but it would force a change with Luke.

Let's not forget - they still owe Fat Bert millions as well.

Yeah but I saw recently they quit paying him - claiming he wasn’t trying hard enough to find gainful employment. That’s gonna be interesting to see how that turns out for Arkansas.

Luke's "signature win" is still in the moral victory category. Adding insult to injury for Arkansas fans today, WKU's QB is Ty Story who transferred from Arkansas after Morris took over.

Ole Miss will probably be the recipient of a similar situation if Tisdale transfers to Baylor.
