Rebel Rags lawsuit - anyone know of any movement?

Last think that I could find was back in April where the court said some of the documents from the NCAA would remain sealed. I'm guessing things are in discovery right now?

They're waiting till all the conspirators have left town. That may change some testimonies.

That makes sense. Might make folks be more truthful if they aren't worried about what their school and teammates may think of them.

there are so many lose ends and when the masses ask questions on some huge issues, there has been very little insight or closure or justice on anything.

With all the unforeseen matters and expenses related to this case, it could be dropped by Rebel Rags.  On the other hand, they could ensure some of the perps got high paying pro contracts to go after the damages.  One thing about  judgments, you can get a judgement in your favor for someone to pay you, but the judgement is generally not enforced.  Most of the time to get your money, you have to get a garnishment.  Even with a garnishment, repayment is not guaranteed because the perp may just quit their job.  If they are employed by a pro team then there is some stability in getting repayment since their wages could be garnished from the team payroll.

I'm thinking there are probably some other alumni helping to foot some of the attorney fees.
