Notre Dame will probably not move much.  They are one of the media darlings and automatically considered a high ranked team.  Notre Dame is continually over rated and lost to a sub par Michigan team.  

The Michigan vs. Notre Dame game yesterday was a game of over rated teams.  Michigan's only good win was playing at home against Iowa.  The Wolverines has a remaining easy schedule and should win all remaining games except against Ohio State.  Ohio State should beat Michigan easily.

Notre Dame has an easy schedule.  They can pick and choose who they play.  The combined record for teams they have beaten is 19-21.  Notre Dame simply gets a pass because they are Notre Dame.

Their inadequacy has been exposed when they played in the BCS and CFP Bowls.  In 2013 they played Alabama for the BCS National Championship.  The Tide rolled over the Irish 42-14.  In 2018 they played Clemson in the CFP Semifinals.  Clemson pounced on Notre Dame and beat them 30-3.  Until Notre Dame joins a conference and has a strong schedule, they should not be allowed to get an automatic bid to the CFP because they are simply over rated.

Maybe if they lose out. Then they'll drop to 11.
