I think with all of the studies done on it, it's time for it to be completely legalized and regulated like alcohol. There will be those who oppose it simply because they view it as a sin and believe laws should be centered around that. But I agree that the younger voters would vote to legalize it.

i feel it is no different than alcohol. It has many legitimate uses and would like to see some decriminalization.  I know a lot of people would like to keep it illegal because of good intentions, however my opinion is this.  trying to save people from decisions and consequences in itself has consequences.  

I was up in Pennsylvania last week and they were building a huge medical facility for marijuana.  I think it is time to lift some o the regulations on it personally 

Honestly, if my kids were going to choose to do one or the other, I would rather my kids smoke weed than drink alcohol. I cannot count the number of times that I have put my life at risk in some way with alcohol. That doesn't seem to happen with the other. I don't do it all the time but I admin that I have done it and even though you can be pretty stoned, you seem to maintain control of your mind and know that you should not drive or do stupid things. Alcohol can completely impair judgement.
