What he is doing is asking people to potentially commit a criminal act.  He is also asking people to impede on someone's personal space, which as mentioned above, could be detrimental to the perp.  On the other hand, why would a restaurant allow a good, paying patron to be forced out of their establishment?  The restaurant needs to take measures to prevent losing patrons, unless they want a bad reputation and do not want return customers.

This professor is most likely some punk who is all mouth and no action.  As soon as anyone so much as growled at him, he would probably cower away.  This punk is safe behind his keyboard, but in a real world, physical situation, he would be taken down easily.

On a final note, he is entitled to his opinion as long as it does not cause harm to anyone else.  With Ole Miss making statements and stances against other people for voicing their opinion, they need to do the same with this punk and find a way to get rid of him.  He is a trouble causer to society and his ideals should not be forced on the students at Ole Miss.

His resignation should be immediate. Kinda like the Meeks deal only IMMEDIATELY NECESSARY if you catch my drift.
