    OK I think I've got the scholarship reductions down.

    13 total -- 6 for 2018, then the remaining 7 over the next 3 years.

    Yep, and that's really not as bad as I thought it would be, to be honest.

    Actually only 4 for 2018-2019. 3 counted back against 2015-2017. Pretty much our self-imposed reduction with 3 added.
