It seems like there were at least three outlets with stories related to the Ole Miss COI hearing in Covington that occurred several months ago. Ironically, all of these stories were published the night before the Ole Miss is supposed to announce their NCAA penalties. Now why were these stories not written sooner? Perhaps some of the information in the stories could have been beneficial to Ole Miss which could have resulted in influencing an entity that is providing penalties to Ole Miss. If the information was known, why not publish it when it was known?

Great question, Fish! I wonder why after Lewis's revelation the OM attys did not come back and go to court for an injunction to stay the whole process until an independent investigation could be made.
