After yesterday's discussion it was deserving of it's own thread.
I was completely wrong about Ross Bjork. He has completely fucked us. As Donald Trump said "It's time to drain the swamp at Ole Miss". That includes Ross Bjork and Jeffrey Vitter.
To say I'm livid is an understatement. This easily sets us back 10 years or more.
The only fathomable reason for this move is that they have received the sanctions and they are much worse than what we were anticipating. 2019 is a banner year for MS HS kids. I just cannot imagine a scenario otherwise why we make this move. Total WAOM.
I'm done with this school, admin, football program, etc until this disaster is relieved of their duties. It's time we do what Tennessee's fanbase has done and revolt against the GOB machine. Forward Rebels needs to be reinstated and reorganized. Ole Miss needs it now more than ever.
Again my apologies to you Johnny. Lesson learned to listen to your elders. Now how can we fix this?

One thing to consider is if Bjork leaves as AD who will become the next AD at Ole Miss. There was talk that one day Walker Jones would return to Ole Miss as AD. If this were the case, then he would protect Luke as HC and Ole Miss would simply be stuck with a new generation of GOBs.
From what I have heard the sanctions could be as much as a two year bowl ban and the NCAA may not count 2017 as part of their sanctions. Add this to the fact that players will transfer and Luke is a lazy recruiter which will result in Ole Miss fans getting many years of not being competitive. If these scenarios are true, then Ole Miss will really never be relevant, but there will be a new group of GOBs getting paid well to act in their positions of power.

Thanks Bow....you don't owe me an apology at all..... But I respect the fact that you did so.....
I just have an advantage of several more 'reps' at this crap show than you do...so even I can see BOHICA after it's repeated enough times..LOL...
To answer your question.....the only way to fix it is a change in leadership....but they have firm control and obviously aren't about to give it up....the 'GOBs' finally got one of their own as HC....they positioned him and waited for Freeze to exit stage left...and moved him into the job....the 'search' was nothing more than a smokescreen.....
These people care more about status and influence on the program than they do about winning. Us little guy fans have more heart and desire to win than any of them.....and I'm about to the point that I'm ready to say "when you get serious about winning give me a call because I'm emotionally spent trying to cajole y'all to care half as much as I do...."
You also answered your own question when you referred to what the TN fans did. So until and unless we, the fans, speak loudly (think $$ and ticket sales) nothing will change and they're going to get away with it AGAIN.
