His lawyer's request to appear by Skype or have his testimony accepted as true (with no appearance at all by him) was denied. Anyone want to speculate on the significance of this for Ole Miss?

Honestly, I would love to think that would be good for Ole Miss, as it is hard to believe what someone says if they can't tell the same story twice. And I'm hoping the COI is wanting to ask him questions as well, without him being able to hide behind a computer screen with a bulletin board of points in front of him to read off of.
But, WAOM, and I'm expecting to get hammered.

Some folks think it's a positive development for us, but, frankly, I don't know what to think.
