The usfl and xfl merged this offseason.
Hopefully Matt can settle in. He can play in the NFL. Just has to get some personal issues handled

I've heard the same. It is apparently something he's dealt with for a long time. Hopefully he's got it under control and this will give him the chance to make it back to the NFL if he thrives in this league.
