The bunch  in Skankville want to make an example of us.  Several years ago, we had the chance to keep the pups from going to a bowl game, we would have really shut hunchback mouth.  Instead, we didn't have the killer instinct.  They have wanted to bury us, this is their chance.  One good thing we may get out of this game.  They (the present Rebel team) will get to see what it looks like to get your foot on an opponent's throat and stomping on it, not letting off until the clock strikes zeros. 

Nobody ever seems to remember that the pendulum always swings back. IT ALWAYS DOES. When we had lost three straight Egg Bowls under Nutt, Mullen and the MSU fans said we would never beat them again. How did that work out when Freeze came along? The MSU fans--with their laughably short memories--have now fallen into that same trap again. We Ole Miss fans don't need to get down in that hole with them by moaning and groaning that "MSU will own us for years." That is not reality and won't happen, but many of our fans have accepted that as reality and given up. As Fat's Domino sang: "Ain't that a shame."
