I would really have liked to see Norvell at Ole Miss but we may be outmatched considering the other openings.

Anytime there is a football HC job open at UT, Gruden will always be on it. It is amazing the infatuation some UT donor, fans, and alumni have with Gruden. He has not had a HC job on the college level and has not been in college coaching since the 1989 season. There is no doubt that the dynamics of college coaching have taken quite a change since then. Also, would Gruden be willing to spend so much time on the road recruiting?
