If I were Auburn, I would wonder if hiring Freeze would be worth this firestorm.

I'm all for giving someone a second chance, but Hugh has just continued to show a lack of common sense. Auburn wants to win at all costs - it'll be interesting to see how his recruiting goes when he's having to sit in the livingrooms with a players parents and try to convince them that they can trust him with their child.

There's a lot of ammunition that can be used against Freeze during the recruiting process. His escapades with hookers, degradation of women, degradation of a sexual assault survivor, and support of inappropriate sexual harassment activities will be used against him. Freeze can say he was sorry for doing it, and people will say everyone should be forgiven and get a second chance, but the fact that he committed these acts will always be at the forefront of things. He does not use common sense and there is a reason he is nicknamed "Snake."
