My first thought was Rhule, but when I started looking, I saw he never beat a ranked team the entire time he was at Baylor. Having said that, his teams were pretty solid. He does want to get back to coaching in college. Fickell would also be on my list.
I do know anyone that says Deion is nuts - dude would fail miserably. Nowhere near enough experience. I'm also not interested in Gus nor Freeze.
So I guess Rhule and Fickell...
