Standard Bianco Team
Most teams that start out pretty good seem to improve as the year goes on. Our team starts pretty good and we go down hill from there.
If I hear Mike Bianco say, "No doubt" again, I think I'll puke. We get ranked No. 1 and get the big head and get beaten like a red headed step child by Southeast Louisiana . What did we have with our high powered offense - I think two hits. We don't have the pitching this year to compete the SEC. What we thought was going to be a sure fired Omaha team will most like be sitting at home once again.

Ole Miss has not really played any strong teams in pre-season except maybe UCF. Get ready for a typical Bianco roller coaster ride with lots of ups and downs. There is no doubt that Bianco has elevated the baseball program at Ole Miss, but he has only made the CWS one time in 20 plus years. The Auburn series will be a true teller of the strength of Ole Miss, but don't expect a sweep. Auburn could easily win the series.

Pretty disappointing performance last night. I think we all expected pitching to be a problem, however, we only had 3 hits against SELA last night. Things aren't going to get any easier, that's for sure.

I'd say AU probably wins the series 2-1. I don't like our starting pitching. Diamond hasn't shown that he's improved much so far this year.

If we don't hit better rtan we have in our last two games we will go 0-3.
We just have to remember, we are # 1.
