There was a penalty on the Bengals. If you take it on the kickoff it really doesn't help you cause you are kicking it in the end zone anyway. So you take it on Xpoint. Moves the ball to the one and you would think with D. Henry you get 95% of time. I think it was right call given the situation. They weren't just chasing points. Although it did bite them that they didn't get it.
