I get that is what Lane is doing and think it is a great strategy. But I still think he would have taken Dortch and the DL from Tupelo that both flipped to state as well as some other MS kids.

I think people also equate the December early signing period with what used to happen in March. It's a new game and recruiting is totally different than it used to be.

Most likely there will be some transfers after the bowl game so that they can enroll in January. There is also another signing day in February. With the tranfer portal, recruiting can be a year long event.
