Going out on a limb and saying Frost will be hired somewhere and that won't be Nebraska.  Like I've said previously outside of his 2-3 seasons as a player there he's been on the West Coast where he's from and originally signed with Stanford out of HS.  That combined with Nebraska being a laughing stock program since Osborne retired points to them going after Bielema.  That is the offense they had in their heyday.
