You're probably right. Once the NCAA ruling comes in, I wouldn't be shocked if the team just up and quits at that point. 

If we can get off to a 3&0 start, we can be 7&5 without too much difficulty.  With a little luck 8&4, but what would really hurt would be 5&7 like most of the magazines are predicting.   Let's just get this rolling and get the media off our butts.  Chris Childers was on us again this morning.  It seems most of the talk show hosts are pulling for us to get a second year bowl ban.

​Hey Sooper that wasn't a dream that was a Nightmare lol.  The NCAA would start investigating again or Never Stop and they would keep on until The Lord Returns.
 

I know you guys are tired of hearing me say this but the fix is and has been in since January for Luke.  I don't buy into the "if Freeze is let go you are our guy so please don't go to USC angle" at all.  I will always say there was no job offer at USC.  Besides how is leaving home and Freeze to join Muschamp considered stabilizing?  He's one bad call from having a nuclear meltdown himself and if anything shows how far USC has fallen in regards to attracting a top tier coach.  
The drumbeat for Luke is loud and clear and the GOB's are rallying to his feet.  It's not hard to see.  Just have to step back a minute and put 2 and 2 together.  After that things get crystal clear as to what has happened.   Not to mention we conveniently pocketed away $16m from a forfeited buyout.  That reeks of Pete Boone counting tea glasses to me.  There are so many levels and angles to this story that all of us combined may never be able to put it all together.  
As far as the talking heads they are getting fans wound up for football season that is a month away.  Ole Miss is an easy target and creates calls and commentary for them which makes their advertisers happy.
