I heard Elijah Moore will not play Saturday against LSU. Interesting.

He said he is going prepare for the draft. Selfish move to quit before the season ended. Bad look.

These kids can post wonderfully written "good-byes" till the cows come home, but the bottom line is they have NO REGARD for their team-mates...only THEMSELVES. It's really sickening.

Basically these players quit on the team.  They also quit on the coaching staff who provided them with training and a chance to play.  Lastly they quit on Ole Miss who provided them with finances to get an education and an opportunity to play football.  It seems like in today's world these players are now all about me and have no consideration for their team.

Re: Elijah Moore

I’m torn about the opting out.  College football has become a business and these kids are making a business decision.  I wouldn’t personally opt out or even allow my kids to opt out if they were in the same situation.  But these players have been getting paid with money and other incentives since they started registering on the recruiting radar.  They have no real reason to not think of the risk/reward of playing in the last couple of games before going to NFL.

I guess what I’m saying is that I don’t like it but I can’t be completely mad at them for doing it.

It seems we never have any that stick it out to the end.

Re: Elijah Moore

It's going to be tough to beat LSU without Moore.

Re: Elijah Moore

I have a feeling that Plumlee is going to be used since he had a great game last year.

Re: Elijah Moore

With the rain and the LSU pass defense, I would have heavily considered a Plumlee plan.  Note that it started to work with our run game in the 3rd quarter.  Not sure if Plumlee could knock off all the rust though without much playing time this year.
