Ole Miss opens as 12 point favorites in Egg Bowl
Opened at 12 and went to 10.5.
Their D is good but think we should be able to score enough on them to win. The question is whether or not we can stop their offense.
I watched about a quarter of their game against GA last night. They just seemed to dink and dunk those short passes. I think we have a better shot at stopping that than a power running game but still think they will score some points on us.

With the rivalry being as big as it is , we can throw everything out the window. It could go either way. I was surprised State did as well as they did against Georgia, and theyll be coming into VHS with their confidence level off the charts, so maybe Miss wont be thinking that this game will be a cake walk. This game really worries me.

Corral knows the importance of this game and was very fiery in past brawls against the Bullfrauds. The Moo Uers are bad sports and known fighters. It would be great to roll 50+ on them and shut down their offense. This could be a day when the defense becomes consistent and makes some stops.

who knows how all this pans out. You would think EM and MC will want redemption. The D had better figure something out because state can put up points when they are clicking. i thought state would have been rolled last week but showed a lot of life even with a lot of cards stacked against them. But again, UGA's offense showed the matt luke stamp of approval. trying like hell to run the ball 1.2 ypc be damned....
