I had been wondering what was up with that suit? I suppose it won't help Ole Miss cause either way at this junction?

I'm thinking the following scenarios could play out:
1. Lawsuit goes forward and discovery turns up things on Ole Miss and MSU. Ole Miss still gets hit by the NCAA and MSU is then placed under the gun of the NCAA (even though Sheridan dismissed LL's statements on MSU giving him money as untrue).
2. Lawsuit goes forward allegations against Rebel Rags are dropped with LL, Jones, and Miller recanting their statements to the NCAA. This, in turn, causes the NCAA to either drop infractions involving them or get their asses sued.
3. Lawsuit gets dropped after discovery.
