I'll say this..
These players got whacked in the state of Alabama the last two weeks, but they absolutely bounced back and didn't throw the towel in after those two losses and for that, I give them their due.

Yes, it was a decent performance. Either Vandy is really bad or Ole Miss is improving.

I think getting back to VHS helped a lot. Most of our remaining games are winnable home games, there is fight left in this team, we fans need to show some of the same.

Totally agree. I fully expected another ass kicking where our kids mail it in at the half.
Happy to admit I was wrong. Haven't watched the game but plan to later today. At this point I'm not convinced we played better or Vandy was just that much worse than our last 2 opponents. Certainly makes for an interesting matchup next Saturday after LSU rallied back to beat Auburn.
Honestly it takes effort to score 50+ points against anyone. The 35 points is what is concerning to me at first sight. However if we think we can just outscore opponents and play enough D to keep us ahead then we may have a chance to win a few more. Winning is good regardless of how ugly or suspect it may be. Cures lots of ills thats for sure. Regardless of what happens rest of season I just hope we continue to see kids giving great effort. As first week of December gets closer and closer the window of opportunity for this staff and these kids gets shorter and shorter. That is my biggest concern.
