YouTube TV does have HD channels. They aren't 4K (I only have access to DSL and don't have 4K TV anyways). Sling really isn't cheaper when you see that you can only do one stream from their "Orange" plan.
How do you watch sports (ESPN, SEC Network, etc...) if you only use Pluto and an antennae?Of course there is always feed2all.org for watching any sports for free. However, I subscribe to Sling during football season. It allows 3 simultaneous streams. It is not limited to a single stream. Maybe it was that way in the past but not now. I got Sling for $25 / month this year and the quality of the stream was much much better than Youtube TV. I trialed Youtube TV for the national champ game and I couldn't find it in HD at all. That was disappointing.
Weird. It was in HD on my stream on YouTube TV.
On the OTA topic, are you using a Tablo?

I am not. I just have some antennas that pick up local stations. I am in Southaven so I am right outside of Memphis.

Ah, nice. When I first dropped DirecTV, no streaming services carried our local stations (I live just outside of Tupelo now). So I put up a pole and put up an antennae. Of course, the wife must have her daily dose of Judge Judy, so I knew I had to have a DVR for the OTA stations. And that's where the Tablo came into play. I got the 4 tuner model and hooked up an external HD to it. The antennae connects directly to the Tablo and the Tablo is on the WiFi here at the house. So, we can connect to it from any TV, phone, computer to watch locals (and the recordings from it). YouTube TV now has all of our locals, so the Tablo really isn't used much any longer, but it's a nice backup device these days.
