just listened to the first 3/4. not a bunch of new. Offensive hires are on going and should have an announcement on one of them today/tomorrow. Defensive Hire will be a few more weeks. Not a lot of new info on recruits but the expectation is the net is about to get very wide. Going after national kids and will try and get the best they can get. Things are about to slow way down. Bowl season is starting and recruiting is not going to be as fluid. after bowls, the expectation is to have the DC filled within 11 days of the recruiting period opening back up...

It was pretty slow today. There wasn't really anything that we didn't already know. Mccready did say that he thinks Kiffin will try to get Golding from Alabama after their bowl game Jan 1st. Just from memory that's about all that pops out.

Golding sucks from what I can see. Maybe he knows more than I do but I would rather poach other coaches from Alabama than Golding.

out of the 4 names they hear, they are all basically on the bubble. I was not high on golding last year, for sure not excited about him after matt luke put a bunch of points on him against bama

To be fair, I think Aranda is one of the best DCs in the game today and we put up a ton of yards and points against LSU as well.
I'm not real high on Golding after this season as well, but this year could be an anomaly like we saw with Aranda.

aranda was hit and miss this year. he allowed a lot of yards but again, with LSU's offense, teams were forced to go big. Sometimes it is just hard to tell who a good coach vs who is a coach that can bring good players. I will take any on the list, including MM. I think we will do well in year two
