There is some chatter that Nix leaked staff information to Yancy on who was staying and who was leaving.  He did this without Kiffin's knowledge.  Nix's mouth and relationship with Yancy could have cost him his job.  There is no room on a staff for someone who leaks information without the consent of the head coach.

The Moo U fans, faculty, staff, and students certainly are obsessed with Ole Miss.  A friend's son went to Moo U because he wanted a major that was only offered at Miss. State.  His family has several generations of Ole Miss support and he was raised a Rebel.  It was disheartening for the family, but they understood.  He could only get this major at Moo U.

The son tells stories of how the students were very obsessed with Ole Miss.  Even the administrative staff and many of the faculty were also obsessed with Ole Miss.  It was to the point that he never mentioned any connection with Ole Miss and being raised a Rebel.  The Moo U faithful certainly can get psycho when it comes to Ole Miss.
