Ole Miss to Introduce Kiffin on Monday
Event Free, Open to the Public
OXFORD, MISS. - Ole Miss will introduce Lane Kiffin to the public as their new head football coach at 1 p.m. Monday with a free, public event to be held in The Pavilion at Ole Miss.
The event, presented by Oxford Orthopaedics, also will be streamed live on SEC Network, OleMissSports.com, Ole Miss Football on Facebook and @OleMissFB on Twitter.
Doors will open to the public at 11 a.m. Parking will be available for fans in the lots surrounding The Pavilion at Ole Miss. Fans may park in any of these non-reserved spaces. The parking garage, connected to The Pavilion, will not be available for fan parking. Shuttle service will be provided from Lot B, Manning Center Lot and the South Lot.
Snacks and half-priced beer will be available for purchase.
Kiffin, who arrives in Oxford after three seasons in the same position at FAU, has more than 10 years of head coaching experience, including eight years at the NCAA level where he has posted an all-time record of 61-34.
In December 2016, Kiffin took over an FAU program that had won a total of nine combined games over the previous three seasons. Kiffin proceeded to take the Owls to new heights over the last three years, including two conference titles and two 10-win seasons.
