Honestly, I'd be shocked if we beat Vandy.

That pretty much sums up my expectations as well. Like us, Vandy has had two blowout losses against big teams but they will be hungry and seeing this as their opportunity to get back on track. Plus, as Vandy has our number, they have a clear advantage in this game.

Vandy is going to run us out of our own stadium. Here's the deal. Since Franklin was head coach Vandy viewed us as a winnable game and thus vital for their goal to reach 6 wins and a bowl. That mindset is much like State's and one we have never matched intensity or desire with for many of the years during this stretch and that is why we have struggled so much against them. Not to mention how dirty they play and the often career altering injuries so many of our kids have suffered when we played them.
I know the GOB's are promoting the importance of this 3 game home stretch of winnable games, salvaging the season, the rough patch is over, etc. I'm like "What team have they been watching?". This is a train wreck with a dumpster fire on board. Total disarray.
But...we are one day closer to the first week of December when we can put this ugly stretch behind us and move forward with a new HC and his staff that won't contain any of our current coaches.

If we were to win this 3 game home stand....watch for it....the Luke for HC movement from the GOBs will reappear....Mark it down.

No doubt they will and thank God I have a better chance of winning the lottery without buying a ticket. I'm confident we will provide the healing salve for the next 3 opponents to get them going again at our demise. Like any respectable cheap hooker we will lay down as commanded while our IHC calmly paces the sidelines and collects his paycheck..

Even the GOBs want to win games. I doubt they would endorse this train wreck. Keeping Luke would set us back a decade.

Well I've been watching them settle/endorse train wrecks since JHV....they seem to prefer access and influence to winning.....

As of now, it looks like we have two train wrecks. One on the field, that can't be denied, and one in recruiting. We have a good receiver from upstate South Carolina that was hurt over the summer and is not playing this fall. The rest are JC's or medium 3 stars.
No players, no wins, no fans in the seats. Even the Grove parties will dwindle.
We need a game day coach that can recruit or hire assistants that can recruit.

If Ole Miss wins the next three games, it will be surprising. Vandy is hungry for a win and will want the game more than the Rebels. LSU needs to win for Coach O to continue his tenure in Baton Rouge. The Tigers should dominate and win. Arkansas has the Rebels' number. The hogs continue to regularly beat the Rebels on a regular basis. Well, at least fans can hope!
