Apparently, MSU has issued a last minute directive to Ole Miss Athletics that if Ole Miss should win back the Golden Egg trophy it will have to be kept in the locker room. No on the field celebrating by Ole Miss! Are you kidding me?!

They're a bunch of sore winners and losers.

Once again these sore losers will ruin the atmosphere of the Egg Bowl. You can almost be assured that the same protocol will be in affect at Oxford next year. Whoever wins no matter where they win has the right to celebrate the victory on the field.

Adding to this conversation, this move shows why Miss. State is considered a little program. You can almost be assured that no big time program would implement such a ludicrous rule to eliminate an opposing team celebrating on their field. Once again Mississippi State shows why they are generally behind the curve and considered lower tier. Hopefully this stupid move will not reflect badly on the State of Mississippi, but you can almost be certain that outsiders will once again make this a laughing stock matter. You have to wonder how someone could be so stupid ast to implement this rule . . . . oh, I am remembering, it is Moo U - Mississippi State!!!

We should do it anyway.

What if they throw the flag and the game's over, do they penalize us next year on the kickoff?;<)

If we win, we should carry the trophy out of the locker room to the 50 yard line and just leave it there.

That sounds like a good plan!!! If the SEC is behind this debacle, then they need to do it for every rivalry game. This is getting out of hand when you cannot let a winning team celebrate their victory
