Attendance: 45,973
We did not see the game, so cannot verify the crowd. How did it look to anyone watching TV? There is almost no doubt that this number is fuzzy math.

About half that many. I took a video
Planning the stadium 2 minutes before kickoff and stadium wasn’t half full.

From pics I've seen on Twitter, there might have been 27k. It was bad enough where they were avoiding showing the crowd during the game.

The actual attendance records are most likely a well kept secret and not revealed to the public. There is no doubt that interest in Ole Miss football is dramatically declining. The bad thing is that the few people who consider themselves in charge only care about access to the program. They do not care about winning. Now why would anyone want access to a losing program?
Can you imagine one of the GOBs with access bragging about being connected. They would tell someone about how they went to the locker room, hung out with the players, talked to the coaches, and got on the sidelines. When someone asked what team and they replied "Ole Miss," the room would be filled with laughter. Most teams and fans now consider Ole Miss an non-competitive mediocre team.

Well, the answer to the difference in the number reported vs the number seen in the pics is obvious - the other 18,970 were in the sky boxes! GOBs, no doubt.
