Defense has played hard, but they are gassed at this point. Offense is comical.

We use the same playbook every week. Run option right, Run option right, then run into the heart of the defense, 4th down.

One of the most famous Ole Miss fan sayings is "wait until next year." The fact that Ole Miss stayed in the game with Auburn and was not blown out will give Fluke and his supporters ammunition to say things are getting better. The team is improving. We are young and playing lots of young players. We need more time.
The real fact is that no matter how much time is given, Fluke will not be a successful head football coach. If he were given 10 seasons, then he might get 2 seasons at 7-5, 3 seasons at 6-6, and 5 seasons below .500. He could get lucky with an 8 win season if the schedule was favorable and the rest of the SEC was in shambles. Playing Alabama, Auburn, LSU, TAMU, Moo U, and Arkansas every year will most likely never be more than 1-2 wins for Fluke.
Fluke needs to be gone immediately. Someone needs to be hired who has the potential to be not only a good coach, but a leader and developer of football players. This coach needs to be a coach and not a best friend. Ole Miss needs to get rid of the GOB network and get a head football coach who will be a winner.

If Corral doesn't get to play a lot more soon, i predict him hitting the door. Plum is fun to watch but ain't got it for an every down qb. He's a baseball player. Corral needs live game action very soon or else imho. I would not blame him a minute.

Logically, the sooner Ole Miss shows failure, the sooner Fluke will be removed. Ironically, logic is not a normal comprehension at Ole Miss.

The bad thing about these near wins is that the Luke supporters actually count them as wins. Luke has had enough moral victories this year to buy him more time. We can dream all we want but Luke will be here coaching 2020 at least.

Fluke might even get a bonus for beating the line and playing Auburn to a close game!
