That's a pretty big loss right there. But at least the "we have to keep Luke because of the recruiting class" garbage is out the window now.

I never bought into the "We need to retain Luke to keep the recruiting class together" argument. Recruits want to play for a program with a winning future. At the present, the Ole Miss football program seems a long way from that.

Recruits have many reasons for why/where they commit. A winning future is certainly one of them. Freeze brought that concept and sold it well. Luke is not taking advantage of winable games. I'd like Luke if he were winning.

It was mentioned that his school will not allow kids to take visits while committed. So it may not be he is done with Us but he is testing the waters.

Anyone who is a football prospect should be allowed to visit any school regardless of their commitment status. If he does not go to Ole Miss he will probably end up at LSU or Alabama.
