    Well, I think the students may boycott the game tomorrow

    I'm guessing that'll be their next move. Not like many show up anyways...

    The 100k he was paid, that was paid by the University? I wonder since he didn't follow through with his obligations in the search of he'll return the money? I know he'll immediately start appointing his GOB cronies. Chip will be Chancellor within 5 years. The GOBs have won.

    May turn out to be a great Chancellor, but "how" it happened was about as corrupt as it gets.

    "How" it happened is a typical Ole Miss move.  I will be happy when Ole Miss wins, but I just don't have that deep down, genuine feeling for Ole Miss that I once had.  Kids at Ole Miss today are saying that Ole Miss is not like it was when they traveled there with their parents.

    A number of the leftist faculty have attacked Boyce on Twitter. He was not their candidate. I like that about him already.

    Maybe he can get rid of some of those leftist, especially the one who provoked criminal actions towards people affiliated with particular political parties.  True Ole Miss fans can only hope that Boyce will be a positive chancellor for Ole Miss.

    Who did these spoiled brats want as chancellor?  For the announcement, none of the protesters should have been allowed in the announcement facilities. 

    Back in the day, the police would have been there in riot gear and billy sticks.  If anyone crossed the line, then they would get a rude awaking from a moving billy stick.  Now if that happened, how many of these punks would have been crying and making videos, pictures, etc for the world to see? 

    Older generations are often not in touch with younger generations and do not understand some of the things they do.  One thing for sure, this younger generation is coddled, has very little backbone, and lives in an all about me world.  Take away their phone and internet access and see how the panic begins.

    I agree with those kids. OM IS CERTAINLY NOT what it was when their parents were there and it's sickening. Pride and respect are no longer in sight of the Lyceum Building. Hopefully it can come back and root out the rabble and get back to the Rebels. If they dont go to the games in defiance. FINE!!! If the don't go because they don't WANT to, FINER! Go because you like football!
