Lingo cannot leave soon enough.  So if you simplify things, then it makes it simpler for opponents to read your scheme.  It seems pretty simple, everyone run down the field for a pass and Shea will throw the ball to someone.  Another sad thing is that Lingo has a 2 year deal at $600k per year.  Hopefully the fans will not have to put up with his shit show of an offense for another year.
