This week I have been at a secluded venue. Today I had a banana and was walking to another location. I finished the banana, but had no place to put the peel. When I looked around, all I could see were trees and a stream. The thought crossed my mind to throw the peel in the woods and let it degrade. Instead I finished the 1/2 mile trek and found a garbage can. The Ole Miss administration would have been proud of me!

Pretty sure I won't ever eat another banana without the thoughts of some horrified little snowflakes being offended by the peel.

I've started eating peel and all. I don't want anyone to feel threatened or oppressed!

Can someone help me out? I heard about the banana peel in the tree, but what was the emotional upheaval about? Who was offended and why? TIA.

I really wish that a portion of the student section would have dressed in banana costumes for the first game.
