It will be interesting to see where Howard lands. He has received many accolades for his athletic and quarterback abilities. Simmons showed that he has the talent to guide the team when Dart went out with an injury in the Georgia game. Maddux, another backup, is supposed to be a good quarterback. In addition, Ole Miss is seeking another quarterback from the transfer portal, Anthony Colandrea.  It makes sense that Howard wants to go somewhere he can during his last two years of eligibility. 

Good luck to Walker and hopefully he will land on a team where he is the starting QB.

The offense was predictable and it seems osmone would understand that runs for Ole Miss is the red zone just don't work.  The Rebels should have taken FGs when they were available.  There was no running game and you have to STILL wonder what is going on with Bentley.  Dart made some really bad decisions on trying to force some plays and was intercepted.  Kevin Smith does not appear to be a very good coach and has not developed any of the other RBs.  The Florida loss was a big disappointment since Ole Miss had the talent and the NIL pool to be a top-10 team, but they just squandered it away on some losses to less talented teams.
